I tend to do XA one-on-one's in adjoining stalls. You can really get a lot out of people that way.
I actually have lots of conversations in the bathroom in and out of stalls. I even talk on the phone in the bathroom a lot.
Okay, when you're talking to me while you're on the pot I don't want to know about it!
